FleurRise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a faith-centered wellness and personal-growth app for habits, fitness, reflection, goals, and progress. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication-provider information when you create or sign in to an account.
• Information you choose to enter: habits, goals, workout activity, water, weight, measurements, reflections, journal entries, profile photo, and other wellness content you add in FleurRise.
• App and device information: basic technical information needed to operate the app, such as app version, device type, and notification preferences.
• Purchase information: if memberships are enabled, purchase status is handled by Apple, Google Play, and our subscription service provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

How we use information

• Provide, personalize, secure, and improve FleurRise.
• Save and sync your account, habits, goals, progress, and settings.
• Deliver notifications you choose to receive.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Maintain app security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate FleurRise, including Firebase/Google for authentication, cloud database, file storage, and notifications; Apple and Google Play for app distribution and purchases; and RevenueCat if subscription features are enabled. These providers process information under their own privacy and security commitments and only as needed to provide their services.

Your choices and controls

You can update many profile and wellness entries in the app. You can turn off notifications in your device settings. You may request account deletion or help accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal information by emailing us at infofleurrise@gmail.com.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide FleurRise, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period, subject to legal and security requirements.

Health and wellness notice

FleurRise provides general wellness, fitness, motivation, and faith-centered content. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified health professional.

Children’s privacy

FleurRise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as FleurRise evolves. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
